I understand that sometimes schedule changes are unavoidable. I therefore request at least 48 working hours’ notice* when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 working hours notice or for which clients are a “no show” will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment amount. If your booking was made less than 48 working hours before the date and time of the treatment, please give at least 8 working hours notice. Please note that this includes cancellations due to inclement weather conditions.

No future bookings will be taken until this payment is received.

Cancellations due to emergencies

I understand that accidents and genuine emergencies happen, which may prevent 48 working hours’ notice for cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Clients will therefore be given one grace appointment per year for last-minute scheduling changes, cancellations, or “no-shows” as a result of a genuine emergency.

Lateness

Please note that if you are over 10 minutes late for your appointment, I may have to reschedule your treatment if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule promptly will be made. If I do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “no-show” and you will be required to pay for 50% of the treatment scheduled.

Changes to booked treatments

Once an appointment is booked, the treatment selected cannot be changed with less than 48 working hours’ notice. If a client chooses to change to a lower-priced treatment within 48 working hours of their appointment, the full cost of the originally booked treatment will still be payable. This is because the appointment time and resources have been reserved based on the original booking.

Frequent rescheduling

If you cancel or reschedule two appointments within 6 months with 7 days or less notice, then to rebook will require you to pay 100% of your appointment cost upfront, in advance. This will be non-refundable and non-transferable.
